Batshuayi

Batshuayi — or Basthi, as we call him at home — is a charming young gelding with three quality gaits and an exceptional mentality. He has a naturally sweet character and absolutely loves attention and cuddles. Despite his young age, he is remarkably steady, not spooky, and very honest under saddle. Basthi shows a real willingness to work and always tries his best for his rider.

At his very first small competitions as a 3-year-old (October 2023), he behaved like an experienced horse, staying calm and focused in the ring. He impressed the judges with scores up to 78%, confirming the potential we had already seen in him.

We purchased him as a 2.5-year-old at the Oldenburger Verband stallion inspection, and we are extremely excited about his development. With his talent, attitude, and rideability, Basthi is a young horse with all the qualities to grow into a true future star.
